The art of embroidery
The result of an exceptional collaboration with Japanese artist Kyoko Sugiura, the House unveils two entirely hand-embroidered velvet Minal pieces. One features two hand-embroidered koi carp, symbols of bravery, while the other is adorned with delicate cherry blossoms, a poetic tribute to Japanese culture. These pieces are a true celebration of Japanese craftsmanship and aesthetics.
KYOKO SUGiURA
Trained in Japanese silk thread embroidery, she also excels in Lunéville crochet embroidery, emblematic of French haute couture. At the crossroads of these two cultures, the artist explores the richness of traditional craftsmanship and reinvents herself through contact with exceptional materials.
